Legal Analysis of Cannabis Persecution from the Aspect of the Theory of Law and Fundamental Principles of the Creation of Law The submitted legal analysis is based on various aspects of evaluating material sources of law, leading to the definition of Cannabis family plant handling. The basic emphasis in put on the platform of international law definition containing and forming the approach of the participating countries – the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, as amended.
